I like this map a lot, however either District 7 or District 4 need to gain Black population in order to not violate the VRA. My suggestion in trying to keep to a compact map would be to swap heavily white Bon Air and Midlothian from 7 to 4 in exchange for the Bellwood/Bensley area that is much more nonwhite. In order to hit an acceptable VRA population you could also cross the Varina-Enon Bridge and pick up Hopewell City along with a corridor running thought the part of Prince George by Oaklawn Blvd/Ft Lee into Petersburg city and the Ettrick area of Chesterfield is also an option as well.
